This recipe has been floating around my cupcake radar for some time now. Chocolate cupcakes with fluffy vanilla and almond marshmallow dipped in dark chocolate. Really, I'm surprised that I've had the strength to avoid it for so long. Today the recipe won me over,
and I committed myself to trying to dip marshmallow frosted cupcakes into melted dark chocolate.
Did I lose any cupcake tops to the hungry bowl of melted chocolate? Many.
Did I yell at my helpless decapitated cupcakes? Maybe.
Will I make these again? SURE WILL!
