ReplyDeleteThis icing recipe is much closer to an italian meringue, because I use a sugar syrup to cook. the glossiness might be accentuated by the window lighting, which picks up on the colour (for whatever reason) more so than the white :) I used my trusty butter mousseline recipe, with a few new tricks which I'm noodling around with.
I can't believe I only just saw this now!!! What a sillybilly I am. I was wondering if you could possibly share the piping technique (or give a hint?), it is SO gorgeous!!!!!!! JoJo xx
